You may return or exchange an item if shipped back to us within 48 hours of
receipt in its original condition.
Please contact us as soon as you receive the merchandise.
Please describe the reasons whv you are returning the merchandise.
We will issue you a return authorization number.
If you receive damaged merchandise or the wrong merchandise due to our error, please call and e-mail us within 12 hrs (except weekends or holidays). We will assess the situation and let you know what to do.
If you would like to return an item because you are not completely satisfied, you can do so within 48 hrs of receipt of the merchandise. We will credit your account for the cost of the item as soon as we receive it. You must provide shipping cost for the return or exchange unless the return is due to our error or you received a damaged or the wrong merchandise.
We strongly recommend that you insure the merchandise for its value.
The shipping service provider you use should have a merchandise tracking system.
If you cannot provide tracking information we will not be able to provide a refund or an
exchange in case of loss.
We are unable to provide an exchange or refund for damaged merchandise due to poor packing or loss.
Please pack and seal items you are returning in the original package if possible.
Please indicate if you would like a charge credit (to the original credit card only) or an item exchange.
All credit card refunds will be applied to the card used for the original purchase. You should allow
one or two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement.
Please be aware that due to the handcrafted nature of our products, many are limited in quantity and availability. If for some reason we cannot replace the item you originally ordered, we will assist you by suggesting similar products or crediting your credit card account the full price of the item.
